The pack you serve
Form T.1.138, a draft consent-order annexure, and every supporting PDF — as a merged application and as a zip to serve on the credit providers and the NCT.
For NCR-registered debt counsellors
Build Form T.1.138 and a draft consent-order annexure, then download a pack to serve on the credit providers and the National Consumer Tribunal.
This service prepares an application. The Tribunal makes any consent order after the application is served and filed.
What you get
NCTDCHelp is built for a debt counselling practice. Each counsellor only sees their own consumers. Supporting documents are used to generate the pack, then removed.
Form T.1.138, a draft consent-order annexure, and every supporting PDF — as a merged application and as a zip to serve on the credit providers and the NCT.
The generated pack stays available for 60 minutes so you can download it for service. Supporting PDFs are not kept as a documents library.
Consumers, applications, and the wallet belong to the debt counsellor. Sub-users work on their own applications and spend the parent wallet.
How it works
Create an account with your NCRDC number, addresses, and a password. Staff can be added later as sub-users.
Top up the wallet with PayFast. Upload the signature that is placed on Form T.1.138, and the place it was signed.
Create a single or joint application, attach the credit providers, then run the generate wizard with the five required PDFs.
Download the pack and serve it on the credit providers and the NCT. The Tribunal considers the application after it is served and filed.
Fees
The same fee for a single or a joint application. The wallet is prepaid with PayFast. You can only create an application when the balance covers the fee. Unused funds stay on the account and are not refunded.
Log in to your practice, or register with your NCRDC number.
